    Create a new document under docs/process to describe our special tags.
    Add a description of the Fixes tag and the new Backport tag. Also
    clarify that lines with tags should not be split.

AFAICT qemu-xen-traditional hasn't been updated in 18 months, I think
you updated the revision in the Xen tree but didn't push the patches
to the qemu-xen-trad repo?
