A collection of fixes for xenalyze improving the build, adding support
for the TRC_PV_HYPERCALL_V2 records and adding a simple plugin system.
Changes in v2:
- updates for changes in PV_HYPERCALL_V2 format.
- removed some decoding of events which don't exist.
- include updated trace.h.
