as you see above, there are double entries with different indices, so
apparently the fm801 driver already probed two codec properly.
i guess you didn't configure the secondary codec.
please try unmute and adjust the volume of secondary mixer elements,
i.e. 'Master,1' and 'PCM,1'.
most likely this corresponds to the center/lfe volume.

iirc, it works for analog outputs.
the digital output seems not working yet.
recently a patch was applied to support the spdif i/o on audigy drive,
but i myself cannot test it.
