Patch for geoip to make it work with kernel 2.6.17

Hi,

After upgrading my kernel to 2.6.17, I had some problems getting geoip to 
work.
I had a look at the geoip and kernel source, and came up with a patch that 
made
geoip work on my system.

The patch is against geoip patchlet as of May 6th 2006
(from http://people.netfilter.org/peejix/patchlets) and can be found here:

http://bjerkeset.com/patches/geoip-match-2.6.17.patch

In particular the patch has been tested with kernel 2.6.17.4

By the way, there seems to be a problem with mynodes.net where pom tries to 
find the geoip patchlet.

Thank you! I've also got a patch from Krzysztof Olêdzki on May 11.
I'll have a look at it pretty soon.

Sorry for that. I am moving to my new home... Will power on that cabinet
pretty soon too.

I found the patch from Krzysztof Olêdzki in the mailing list archives, but 
could not get it to work on 2.6.17.x.
In his post he states that his patch is for 2.6.16.x, and if I remember 
correctly I had geoip working with his
patch for 2.6.16.15.

On 2.6.17.4 with Krzysztof Olêdzki's patch, I got an error message 
"ip_tables: matchsize differ 0 != 96" when
trying to add a geoip rule.
