OK, I see what the problem is.  Sourceforge provides SpamAssassin
filtering, but the threshold for the ALSA lists is too high.  This
message had a score of 4.6.  I have found that 3 stops all spam with no
false positives.

Hmm, maybe we could ask sourceforge to lower it.  3 would maybe be
extreme for a production list server but 4 is certainly reasonable.
