Well I configured it with standard ebuild (gentoo user) system.
I have some info. It's not really broken! I can use it by Rosegarden, by
Band in a Box emulated (wine). So it works. But If i play the same midi
files throw amidiplay or kmid, it locks on first events.

This might have been a bug introduced around 1.0.11rc4.  1.0.11-final
should work fine.
