i don't see a problem with posting mantis email to the list. but if
its going to happen, can we please use a *nix-standard text
encoding. these messages are more or less unreadable to me because
they are encoded in that appalling MS-centric "quoted/printable"
format. I get a page or two of "=3D" and "=20" all over my screen.
