[PATCH] bitbake/ui/knotty: Ensure 'No Provider' errors set an exit code

[PATCH] bitbake/ui/knotty: Ensure 'No Provider' errors set an exit code

If a No Provider error is shown we need to set the exit code to
show an error occured too.
