Might it be possible to bless bpf_ringbuf_reserve with
ALLOW_ERROR_INJECTION so it's easier to test eBPF code that reacts to
ring buffer entry reservation failure? Am I missing some other way to do
this other than janky artificial ring-buffer filling?
