No, Just because you like to run with the latest kernel,
that view is not shared by everyone else.
The long term plan is to allow downloading the patch, instead
of storing it in the svn.
I believe that there are more important things that needs attention.
If you feel eager to do something right now,
then ?store the patches on the mirror server and make
sure you can to download and apply them
using the current user interface.
