The RSA host key for svn.uclibc.org has changed,
and the key for the corresponding IP address 140.211.167.224
is unknown. This could either mean that
DNS SPOOFING is happening or the IP address for the host
and its host key have changed at the same time.

It is, the uclibc.org machine has been reinstalled and migrated after
the break in.

They afaik will fix the huge banner issue.
