[Buildroot] Temporary change in maintainer

Hi,

I'm leaving for holidays in a few hours, and will only have very limited
network connectivity the next few weeks. Luckily Thomas has agreed to
handle the maintainer duties while I'm away, so he wil take care of
rc1. I will take over again when I'm back.

Once again, thanks a lot Thomas (and happy birthday!)

I've been on holidays and completely offline for a few days, but I'm
not back, and I'll be ready to apply patches during the WE.
