[Buildroot] [PATCH v2] ffmpeg: fix build for xtensa

[Baruch Siach]

The ffmpeg package generates libraries that are too large for the xtensa
default placement of literals in a dedicated section. Use
-mtext-section-literal to place literals in the text section.
