[Buildroot] [PATCH] package/php: explicitly disable phpdbg.

Hi,

I noticed that the php package now build & installs phpdbg.
In my setup, this is not necessary & even unwanted.

The patch disables building phpdbg.

To disable options, we use the --disable variant.
