allow usage of amcodec if kodi is built and libamcodec is selected

 - backport kodi patch from officail tree.
 - fix includes following Thomas's suggestion.

 - simplify patch so it will fit kodi 17 too (Thomas Petazzoni)
 - allow multiple codecs enabled.
