[Buildroot] [PATCH 0/2] Update Xen and fix build issue

This patch series updates Xen to 4.7.1 and fixes a build issue that previously existed.

NOTE: Xen 4.8.0 was released today, but that failed to compile so it will be more work.
At the moment Xen doesn't build so fix that first.

What is this patch fixing? The commit log shouldn't be empty.

Is this fixing an autobuilder issue? If so, there should be a reference
to it.
