Is the removing of the 4.9.9. line intended? Would have expected only the
added 4.10 line...

Just looked at master and the kernel 4.9 is at 4.9.13, so no issues there.

Yes, there was a merge conflict when merging next into master, and I
kept both the 4.9 and 4.10 line.
