Entry to DEVELOPERS file is missing.

The HAVE_EXECINFO_H check is sufficient, checking for __GLIBC__ in
addition is not very useful.

This needs to be fixed, like I have done for the ell package.

The , GPL-3.0+ (client) part could instead go...
