[Buildroot] [PATCH 2/4] skeleton: use BR2_SYSTEM_DEFAULT_PATH as default PATH

We substitute the path specified in system/skeleton/etc/profile with
the path specified in the configuration varialbe
BR2_SYSTEM_DEFAULT_PATH.
