[Buildroot] [PATCH 1/1] package/sudo: replace rmdir

Replace rmdir by $(RM) -rf to fix the following error:

rmdir /usr/lfs/hdd_v1/rc-buildroot-test/scripts/instance-2/output/target/etc/sudoers.d
rmdir: failed to remove '/usr/lfs/hdd_v1/rc-buildroot-test/scripts/instance-2/output/target/etc/sudoers.d': Directory not empty

No, we do not want to uncoditionally remove the directory; we only want
to remove it if it is emoty. A user may have pre-populated it from their
custom skeleton, or an earlier-built package may have installed it.

Instead, we want to pass --ignore-fail-on-non-empty to rmdir, I guess.
