cfg_tilde_expand in confuse.c in libConfuse 3.3 has a heap-based buffer
over-read.

Yes, thanks for noticing!  Just realizing I'm involved in a few other
projects as well ... :-)

... also, I'll see about getting a proper libConfuse release out.
