Mako imports pygments and markupsafe so it needs to be selected when
selecting BR2_PACKAGE_PYTHON_MAKO

In fact, only markupsafe is a mandatory dependency, not pygments. So
I've applied (after discussing with Romain), but only with markupsafe
selected.
