[Buildroot] Cris strace-4.5.18 patch

Hi,

I have this patch laying around for some time. I'm using it 
for our cris embedded target and haven't had any issues with it.

Please apply.

Note, that configure needs to be rebuilt (autoreconf) before
configure.ac changes are employed into the configure script.

It does not apply at CVS HEAD, so I would recommend that you checkout
the source code from CVS and rebase against it.

Another note, ./configure is not present at all in CVS, so an
autoreconf is mandatory to compile CVS and AFAICT done when cutting
releases. So no worries :)

Woha, look at me, I'm on the strace-devel list as well and though this
was mailed there. You should email the patch there, so that it will be
included in mainline.

For Buildroot you should make a patch changing what needs to be done in
SVN and adding your patch properly.

Others can commit your patch to SVN. Remember that the patch to 
Buildroot list must be against the patches Buildroot uses and that 
specific version, while strace-devel wants a patch against current HEAD.

I've pulled SVN source and made cris modifications to strace-4.5.18, then I moved the strace-4.5.18 to strace-4.5.18.cris and made diff between newly unpacked strace-4.5.18 (wo cris support) and strace-4.5.18.cris.

Here is the result. I've intentionally left out configure script changes, so automake && autoreconf have to be ran before using configure script.
