udev byself needs only the lib. the binarys can be used as 
insmod/rmmod/modprobe/modinfo replacement from module-init-tools or 
busybox's solution. the "kmod" binary byself is a multicall binary so 
insmod/rmmod/... can be symlinks to this binary.
