After a few crazy days, we seem to be back on track in terms of
autobuilder results. Please help to fix the outstanding issues. See the

Missing glob_pattern_p function in Blackfin uClibc. Not sure how to fix.

Needs fenv, but fenv is not part of the features enabled in our uClibc
configuration file, and anyway not available for all architectures in
uClibc. I think I'll just disallow python-numpy on uClibc.

Another fenv issue. I have patches to fix that by making the _decimal
module optional, and actually using an external mpdecimal library isn't
of the one built into Python sources.

Sorry, the first patch in my series introduced this issue. I will send another 
patch which is based on my series.

Sometimes I forget removing output directory before testing a different config 
(building qt5multimedia w/o qt5declarative in this case).

Actually it's not, it builds just fine for say mips static.
I think elf2flt is at fault here, maybe exclude it for flat?

Patch sent, looks like it likes to regen parser.l from parser.y when
flex is around and on that machine it's too old. I was unable to
reproduce and the failure is uncommon because of it.
