Using an arbitrary toolchain (BR2_TOOLCHAIN_EXTERNAL_LINARO_AARCH64 2015.11)

The only diff is:

before:
output/target/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6
output/target/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6.0.21
output/target/usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6.0.21-gdb.py

after:
output/target/lib/libstdc++.so.6
output/target/lib/libstdc++.so.6.0.21
output/target/lib/libstdc++.so.6.0.21-gdb.py

Now libstdc++.so.6 is located in the same directory on the target than the
toolchain sysroot (/lib/libstdc++.so.6).

toolchain sysroot:
ext-toolchain/aarch64-linux-gnu/libc/lib/libstdc++.so.6.0.21
ext-toolchain/aarch64-linux-gnu/libc/lib/libstdc++.so.6
