Mentor Graphics have fixed the codesourcery download URLs, so 2011.08
(and previous releases) should work with the external codesourcery
toolchains again.

Well, it doesn't hurt to use the new (official) URLs, so I'll leave it
in. The redirects are very nice so you can keep on using an older
Buildroot version though.
