This is the patch to update the libxml2 package from version 2.7.3 to 2.7.6

Hi

Since i am writing an application using the libxml2, and the fact that a lot
is fixed in the latest release
Made me decide to upgrade, i don't know if this is critical for others or
not.
Maybe others will respond to this and this could then be a reason to include
it into 2009.11
