Hi,

there are a number of patches that I sent to this list over the last two
weeks, which are not yet committed. Some of them have seen review and I
have changed the patches according to your input and re-submitted them.

Are the pending patches still being considered for inclusion? Would it
help if provided them as pull requests instead of (or even in addition
to) sending the patches to the list?

Excuse me if I am sounding impatient, I'm just trying to get our patches
in and would like to know if there's anything I can/should do to make
that happen.

Yes, I'll get to them eventually. Please ping the list (like you're
doing now) if you don't hear anything for (say) 2 weeks.

I didn't look at the gstreamer/orc patches yet, and there's been quite
some discussions / different versions posted. Which ones are now the
final versions?

I've split the gstreamer patches up into two batches:

One is about cleaning up the configuration options. You will find three
patches following up to the mail with subject "update gstreamer plug-ins
configuration" dated Thu, 14 Jul 2011:

  gst-plugins-good: update configuration options
  gst-plugins-ugly: update configuration options
  gst-plugins-ugly: fix dependencies for mad MP3 decoder plug-in

The other batch deals with adding the orc package. The final versions
are follow-ups to the mail with subject "new package: orc" also from
Thu, 14 Jul 2011:

  orc: new package
  gst-plugins-base: depend on orc if it is enabled
