Normally we reserve parenthesis to describe the part that's covered by
the previous license, but I must admit in this case I wasn't sure how
to express this somewhat annoying exception/restriction.
I've applied your patch as-is. But do you use this package? I find
this license pretty dangerous actually, so I would personally advocate
for the removal of this package.
