Nim is a statically typed compiled systems programming language. It
combines successful concepts from mature languages like Python, Ada and
Modula. See https://nim-lang.org/ for more information.

This is a host-only package required for the new chawan package.

This was causing the nim executable to be installed as a file named
"bin" in $(HOST_DIR), as host-skeleton doesn't create $(HOST_DIR)/bin
as a directory.

I've changed this to use $(INSTALL) -D -m0755 instead, and applied to
master. Thanks!
