The attached patch adds the ability to build rdiff-backup to buildroot.  It
requires python and librsync (bug 1303).

This bug will be closed as the policy for new packages is to send them on the
mailing list. 

If you are still interested in getting this patch integrated, please rebase it
on top of current Buildroot master and send it to the mailing list.
Note that in any case, we have listed this request in the Buildroot TODO list
at
http://elinux.org/Buildroot#Packages
