In the package alsa-utils the binaries alsatplg and alsaucm are built for
aarch64 in my case. The files were copied to
host/aarch64-buildroot-linux-gnu/sysroot/usr/bin/. The files are built for ARM
aarch64, shouldn't they also be placed in target/usr/bin?
