[PATCH] ctorrent: new package

CTorrent is a BitTorrent client implemented in C++
to be lightweight and quick.
This is the enhanced version from

This is a very useful tool for embedded system.
I already used it to download files from BT on my SMDK2410 board.
Could this patch be accepted before 2009.05 release?
