Patch to add ratpoison

I'm using this window manager in a project since it's a light weight (about
100kB) window manager that doesn't need a mouse.

Description:
Ratpoison is a simple Window Manager. It is largely modelled after
GNU Screen and focuses on the keyboard instead of a mouse.

The screen can be split into non-overlapping frames. All windows are kept 
maximized inside their frames to take full advantage of your precious 
screen real estate.

Shortened a line in the description so that buildroot won't complain about
overly long lines.

hmm, you select fontconfig + liberation, but you don't depend on them being
available before building in the makefile - Are they not hard dependencies?

Yes, without them ratpoison segfaults when starting as it is trying to load
some fonts. But they are not needed during the build.

This bug will be closed as the policy for new packages is to send them on the
mailing list. 

If you are still interested in getting this patch integrated, please rebase it
on top of current Buildroot master and send it to the mailing list.
