Both autobuild.buildroot.org and toolchains.bootlin.com support HTTPS,
and even redirect from HTTP to HTTPS. Use HTTPS directly to prevent
manipulation along the way.

The servers already redirect from HTTP to HTTPS. Use HTTPS directly to
prevent manipulation along the way.
Also switch from the autobuild.buildroot.net alias to
autobuild.buildroot.org, like all other toolchain downloads from the
Buildroot autobuilder.
