arch/s390/include/asm/checkpoint_hdr.h had a #ifdef __s390x__ which
was unterminated. Nathan Lynch points out that we don't need the
ifdef at all since CONFIG_CHECKPOINT_SUPPORT is already dependent
upon 64-bit.
