Ok, that'll do the trick :)
The -EINVAL actually came from this bit..
pr->performance = performance[i];
cpu_set(i, pr->performance->shared_cpu_map);
if (acpi_processor_get_psd(pr)) {
retval = -EINVAL;
continue;
}
