it's the same thing if I use ACPI_PROCESSOR=m (plus it gives the 2.6.18 bug:
powernowk8 not supported by PSB structure blah blah)

Hi Natalie,
unfortunately I can't at the moment, but that was the same until 2.6.22, I
couldn't find any other infos in the web because people told: You can't
overclock with Linux.

Overclocking the CPU is not supported by the cpufreq infrastructure, and so I'm
really not suprised that the frequencies shown by cpufreq here do not match.
Therefore, I'd suggest closing this bug as WILLNOTFIX / DOCUMENTED.
