missing license in drm_usb prevents module loading

missing license in drm_usb prevents module loading

I couldn't load the udl-drm driver with most things built as a module,
getting symbol resolution errors. Adding 

MODULE_LICENSE("GPL");

to drm_usb.c fixed this
