[PATCH 1/1] MAINTAINERS: Remove Russ Weight from Firmware Loader

[Russ Weight]

Russ Weight is retired and is no longer actively participating in linux
kernel development. Remove him from the list of maintainers for FIRMWARE
LOADER.
