Add documentation for all kms tests which is used by IGT testplan
documentation.
This series also includes:
- Move all kms helpers to lib
- New config field to differentiate b/w the drivers
- Add documentation for all kms tests
Note: Please ignore patches [1/82] to [3/82], as these patches are
supposed to float as new series.
