For intel_display_ver 20, FBC can be enabled along with PSR/PSR2,
thereby adding FBC checks to validate this scenario.

For intel_display_ver 20, FBC can be enabled along with PSR2,
thereby adding FBC checks to validate this scenario.

For intel_display_ver 20, FBC can be enabled along with PSR/PSR2,
thereby adding FBC checks to validate this scenario.
