[PATCH v2 i-g-t 3/6] tests/sriov_basic: Arm SR-IOV exit cleanup

Install SR-IOV exit handler in sriov_basic so VFs and driver autoprobe
get restored on exit. Clear handler after explicit teardown succeeds.
