Newer platforms are able to calculate crc32 so stop narrowing that
operation to DG2 only.

[igt-dev] [PATCH i-g-t 1/2] lib/i915_crc: Use system memory buffer on integrated platforms

[Zbigniew Kempczyński]

Previous assumption crc32 will be calculated only on discrete is
not valid anymore - MTL supports extended ALU SHL/SHR instructions
so we can calculate crc there as well.

Instead of enforcing local memory as target of buffers involved
in calculations use system memory on integrated.

Thank you for the review. I pushed the series.

Regarding has_alu_shl_shr() - I think it is worth to add if there will
be more users of it. At the moment only crc calculation uses this.
