[PATCH] Make bash regexes behave

[PATCH] Make bash regexes behave

[Seewer Philippe]

On some systems with newer or unpatched bash versions the whole right 
portion of =~ is considered part of the regex. Means we need to get rid 
of enclosing ''.

This patch fixes this.
