I can't seem to reproduce this, here's what I've done:
* Running on a skylake i5-6600
* Single 4k display via DP
* System is imaged to the commits specified in '== Build changes =='
* Ran '# ./kms_cursor_legacy --run-subtest
flip-vs-cursor-atomictransitions-varying-size'
Maybe I'm missing something?
