This rebases the intel_pm module patches on top of the drm-intel-next-queued
(on top of 2 patches Daniel has queued already), fixes one very long comment in
the 1st patch, adds the R-b when appropriate and takes care of new
gen7_setup_fixed_func_scheduler function as well that landed in the tree after
I've sent my original patches.
