[PATCH 0/3] New drm crtc properties

Added new drm crtc properties which provides control
to vary the size of horizontal & vertical borders. 
With this the size of the Panel fitter output or 
display window can be controlled. 
Also added a return type to panel fitter config functions,
so that an error could be returned to User space for an 
invalid configuration.
