Ok, I've dropped this one again due to conflicts with Chris' stolen work.
I've somehow thought I've merged the fbc related stolen patches already,
but alas, no. If any other ongoing work conflicts too much with this,
please yell (since I've probably just lost track of something somewhere).

My apologies for this screw-up.
